The Lamira people group is a small tribe in the remote Nuba Mountains in the state of South Kordofan, Sudan.
They grow their own corn and sorghum and eat the meat and drink the milk of their livestock.
Most of the Lamira people are Muslim. They are still bound by tribal religion.
Roads are almost non-existent in this area, and transportation of goods and services is a challenge, especially in the rainy season. They have no known schools or health care facilities.
Pray for their needs to be met, and for them to thank the Lord for his goodness and love.
Pray for Lamira disciples to make many more disciples among their people.
Pray for loving and dedicated workers to go to the Lamira people.
